Please complete this form to request the return of any merchandise purchased from Ernitec for Repair or Credit. Once the information has been collated and confirmed by Ernitec your case will be handed to the EET RMA department for competition.
If you have already created an RMA within the EET System be sure to state this on the application form. Replacement or Credit items returned without first requesting an authorization will not be accepted.
