Ernitec Expands IP Camera and NVR Portfolio with Base, Pro, and Enterprise Series

Ernitec has launched a comprehensive range of IP cameras and network video recorders (NVRs), offering scalable surveillance solutions for a wide variety of commercial and public sector applications. The lineup is structured across Base, Pro, and Enterprise tiers, allowing integrators and end users to select the right level of performance for their specific environment.

Two Camera Series for Different Demands

The Base series is built around 5MP high-resolution imaging with fixed 2.8mm lenses, making it well-suited for shorter-range applications such as entry and exit points, retail interiors, and basement areas — anywhere requiring clear coverage within a 0 to 20-metre range. All Base series cameras feature Day & Night color technology, delivering full-color images around the clock regardless of lighting conditions.

The Pro series steps up for more demanding outdoor scenarios where greater flexibility and range are required. These cameras come equipped with varifocal lenses spanning 2.7mm to 13.5mm, alongside Starvis sensors for superior low-light performance. The range also includes a PTZ model with a 5.3–159mm lens and 30x optical zoom, providing extensive coverage for large open areas and perimeter monitoring. Select Pro models feature built-in microphones, speakers, and strobe light capability, enabling real-time audio and visual deterrence powered by deep learning-based detection of people, vehicles, and license plates.

A Scalable NVR Range

On the recording side, Ernitec offers six NVR models spanning Base, Pro, and Enterprise categories. The Base series covers 4, 8, and 16-channel configurations, while the Pro series includes 32-channel options — one with 16 PoE ports for simplified camera connectivity. At the top of the range, the Enterprise-tier 64-channel NVR is designed for large-scale deployments requiring centralized management of extensive camera networks.

NDAA and TAA Compliant

All Ernitec IP cameras and NVRs are NDAA and TAA compliant, meeting the security and procurement requirements of the US government. Products are manufactured or substantially transformed in Denmark and Taiwan, both designated countries under the Trade Agreements Act, making them eligible for use in federal projects and public sector installations.

Free Software Included

The full range is supported by Ernitec View, a professional video management software platform available at no additional cost. The software supports up to 10,000 channels and 5,000 users, and includes live view, playback, face recognition, license plate recognition, and alarm management. A companion mobile app, Ernitec Viewer, allows remote access and device configuration from a smartphone.
