Ernitec has launched its Mobile Security Box (MSB) range, a family of portable, self-contained surveillance towers designed for fast deployment in locations where fixed infrastructure is unavailable or impractical. Available in three configurations — Compact-MSB, Pro-MSB, and Enterprise-MSB — the range addresses security needs across construction sites, city events, solar fields, festivals, and other off-grid environments.
The Compact-MSB is the most portable entry point in the range, designed for situations where speed of deployment and space constraints are the primary considerations. It extends to 4.05 metres and includes a patchbox/IP66 box as standard, making it a cost-effective option for shorter-term or space-limited applications.
The Pro-MSB extends the capability further, reaching 6 metres in height and adding closeable roof doors and anti-climb protection for more demanding or longer-duration deployments. The Enterprise-MSB matches the Pro’s 6-metre reach but upgrades to a heavy-duty 4-part telescopic mast, a reinforced ground frame, and a double lock system — making it the most robust option in the range for high-security or permanent temporary installations.
All three models are CE and ISO 9001 certified and TÜV approved, constructed from galvanised steel throughout. Each unit can be installed by a single engineer, is stackable for efficient storage, and features four extendable stabilisers capable of withstanding winds up to 85 km/h — reducing camera vibration and the risk of false alarms.
A key strength of the MSB range is its ease of transport. All models include heavy-duty forklift slots and lifting eyes, and are compatible with Ernitec’s dedicated trailer solutions. The Trailer 3 Minitrailer pairs with the Compact-MSB and can be manoeuvred on rough terrain without a truck or crane, while the larger Trailer 1 accommodates any model in the range. Neither trailer requires a special driving licence, simplifying logistics for rapid response deployments.
The Mobile Security Box is designed to work seamlessly with Ernitec’s broader product range. Each unit provides sufficient internal space for batteries or fuel cells, and the four-spoke masttop accepts standard mounts for Ernitec IP cameras and floodlights — enabling a fully self-contained, off-grid surveillance solution ready for deployment wherever it is needed.
